Relationships are at the heart of what it means to be human. They shape how we see ourselves, how we connect with others, and how we experience the world. A strong sense of connection and belonging is essential to our well-being, which is why I'm passionate about helping people build healthier relationships with themselves and with the people who matter most.
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I work with adult individuals and couples seeking to strengthen communication, deepen intimacy, navigate life transitions, and create more meaningful, fulfilling relationships. Whether the relationship is with a spouse, child, parent, friend, coworker, or yourself, healthy relationships have the power to enrich every area of life.
My work is rooted in psychodynamic and relational-cultural theories, recognizing that our early experiences, family dynamics, cultural background, and significant relationships all influence how we relate to ourselves and others today. By understanding the patterns that have shaped your life, we can begin creating new ways of relating that foster greater self-awareness, resilience, connection, and lasting growth.
I tailor therapy to each client's unique goals by integrating evidence-based approaches, including attachment-focused therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), somatic interventions, and the Gottman Method. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and relationship centered, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens through understanding, intentional growth, and healthy relationships.
For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling by thoughtfully integrating faith and biblical principles into the therapeutic process.
I believe every person has the capacity for growth, and it is a privilege to walk alongside clients as they build stronger relationships, discover new perspectives, and create lives that reflect what matters most to them.
Hi, I’m Stephanie!
My style is warm and compassionate, yet direct and straightforward.
I believe in fostering growth by challenging you in a supportive way and holding you accountable to your goals. I deeply value our time together and am committed to ensuring you get the most out of it.
Growth and self-awareness take time, and I’m here to guide you in recognizing patterns and gaining meaningful insights. I’ll help you identify blind spots - those unhelpful behaviors and thought patterns you might not yet see - and explain how they may be affecting you and your relationships. For couples especially, this process often creates greater clarity, healthier communication, and deeper connection, empowering both partners to better understand themselves and one another while building a stronger relationship.
Inclusivity and ensuring equal access to therapy are core values in my practice.
As a culturally competent therapist, I am dedicated to providing inclusive and compassionate care to all individuals within my scope of practice. To ensure therapy is accessible, I offer sliding scale options for those in need of financial assistance. Email me for more information!

A little about me outside the office…
I’ve been married to my husband for over 18 years, and together we have two children.
I’m a woman of faith, Christian.
I’m the middle of three daughters.
I have a passion for learning and love exploring new ideas to continually expand my knowledge.
Laughter and quality time with my family bring me the most joy.
I’m more of a homebody and cherish cozy nights in over a night out.
To unwind and de-stress, I enjoy binge watching a show or getting lost in a good book.
Above all, I’m deeply passionate about helping others.
Healthy relationships are built with intention. If you're ready to strengthen your marriage, navigate life's challenges, or grow in your relationship with yourself, God, and/or others, I'd love to partner with you.
