Stephanie Mata, LMFT, LPC

Owner & Therapist

Stephanie is a relational therapist who helps individuals and couples transform the way they relate to others and themselves.

Her specialty is couples therapy, with a focus on helping high-conflict couples navigate their challenges. With extensive training and hands-on experience, she understand how overwhelming and exhausting a strained relationship can feel by the time you seek therapy. Stephanie takes a blended approach, combining therapy and coaching techniques, to help couples break free from destructive cycles and develop healthier, more effective ways of communicating.

Erica Hall

Graduate student therapist

As a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern, Elena believes many of the challenges we face in adulthood are rooted in patterns that once helped us cope but no longer serve the life or relationships we want today. She works with adults (18+) and couples navigating anxiety, relationship and intimacy concerns, life transitions, and identity development, offering a warm, collaborative space to build insight, strengthen connection, and create meaningful, lasting change. Elena’s approach integrates insight-oriented and evidence-based therapies, tailored to each client's unique goals and experiences.
